مادة 3: تطبيقا لاحكام هذا القانون يعتبر عميلا كل من يتعاطى الوساطة في العمليات المنصوص عليها في المادة 2 من هذا القانون حتى ولو لم يكن لديه محل خاص يمارس فيه عمله.
