لا يجوز للعضو الواحد ان يملك اكثر من خمس عدد الاسهم المكتتب بها. وتستثنى من ذلك الاتحادات التعاونية على اختلافها.

يضاف الى نص المادة الخامسة والعشرين من قانون الجمعيات التعاونية الفقرة التالي نصها:
وتستثنى من ذلك الاتحادات التعاونية على اختلافها.
