بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته، لا سيما المادة ٥٢ منه،
بناء على إقتراح وزير الصحة العامة ووزير المالية،
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١٠/٩،
يرسم ما يأتي:
أعفيت الهبة العينية الواردة الى جمعية بنين الخيرية من الرسوم الجمركية كافة بما فيها الحد الأدنى للرسم الجمركي، ورسم الإستهلاك الداخلي، ورسم ٣٪ الإضافي، وهي عبارة عن سيارتين تحمل المواصفات التالية:
