أقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

الموافقة على إبرام اتفاقية القرض، المرفقة ربطاً، بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الدولي للإنشاء والتعمير بقيمة /٢٠٠/ مليون دولار أميركي (فقط مئتا مليون دولار أميركي) لتمويل مشروع التحول الأخضر في قطاع الأغذية الزراعية من أجل التعافي الاقتصادي (Green Agri-food Transformation for Economic Recovery Project) (GATE) والموقعة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٥/٨ .

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
