أقر مجلس النواب،
وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:
تُلغى الفقرة الثالثة من المادة الثانية من القانون رقم ٦٦ تاريخ ٢٠٠٩/٣/٤ تنظيم المجالس الأكاديمية في الجامعة اللبنانية ويستعاض عنها بالنص الآتي:
«٣ - تُحدّد ولاية رئيس الجامعة بخمس سنوات، قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة، على أن يتم تعيين عمداء الوحدات بالأصالة من قبل مجلس الوزراء.
ولحين تنفيذ ذلك تمدّد ولاية رئيس الجامعة لمدة ستة أشهر مع حفظ حقه بالترشح لولاية ثانية فقط. وفتح باب الترشيح وفق المهل المذكورة أعلاه.»
يُعمل بهذا القانون من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
