وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق مقر بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والمنظمة الدولية للفرنكوفونية بشأن المكتب الاقليمي للوكالة الجامعية للفرنكوفونية في الشرق الاوسط, الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ 3/6/2003 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
