بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ ١٩٦٢/٩/١٤ وتعديلاته،
بناء على القرار رقم ٣٢٨ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۷/۱۱ (ترخيص المطبوعة)،
بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد بشاره حليم نصار شربل والمسجل تحت رقم ۱۰۲۹ تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٩/٢٣ (الغاء ترخيص المطبوعة).
وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية،
بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.
يقرر ما يأتي:
المادة 2
ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
