إن محافظ البقاع،
- بناء على المرسوم رقم ٢٠٧٤ تاريخ ٢٠-١٢-٢٠١٧ (تعيين محافظ)
- بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ١٩٥٩/١١٦ (التنظيم الإداري) لاسيما المادتين ٧ و٨ منه.
- بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ١٩٥٩/١١٢ (نظام الموظفين)
- بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ١٩٥٩/١١١ (تنظيم الإدارات العامة)
- بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وحسن سير العمل وانتظامه،
يقرر ما يلي:
يُكلف رئيس دائرة المحافظة السيد رواد سلوم بتفتيش المصالح والدوائر التابعة لمحافظة البقاع، المتواجدة في مبنى المحافظة وخارجه بالإضافة الى مراقبة دوام الموظفين فيها وتلقي المراجعات والشكاوى بهذا الخصوص على أن يرفع تقريرا بالواقع مرة كل شهر على الاقل.
يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره ولغاية ٣١-١٢-٢٠٢٦ ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
