إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ البقاع رقـم 58/4 تـاريــخ 20/1/2020،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

عيّـن السيد سمير حسين عباس، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الوحيد في بلدة يحمر مختارا بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد محمد توفيق أحمد الخطيب وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
