ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كـتـاب محافظ بعلبك الهرمل رقم 1 تاريخ 5/1/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عين السيد عيسى مصطفى حاج سليمان، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة بدنايل مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سعيد محمد مسعود وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيت تدعو الحاجة.
