المادة 37
يؤخذ ضباط الضابطة الجمركية وفقا للشروط المحددة في هذاالفصل من بين:
- تلامذة ضباط الضابطة الجمركية في المدرسة الحربية.
- رتباء الضابطة الجمركية, غير العرفاء, بنسبة لا تتجاوز العشرين بالمئة من مجموع ضباط الملاك العام.
