المادة 203
اذا وقع الغلط على ماهية العقد او على حقيقة موضوع الموجب فهو يحول دون انشاء العقد نفسه فيعد العقد كأنه لم يكن.
Art. 203 - Lorsque l’erreur porte sur la nature du contrat ou sur l’identité de l’objet d’une obligation, elle fait obstacle à la formation de l’acte qui est donc inexistant.
