المادة 946
يعد كل متقاسم كأنه مالك في الاصل للاشياء التي خرجت في نصيبه او التي اشتراها بالمزاد عند بيع المال المشترك, وكأنه لم يكن مالكا قط لسائر الاشياء.
Art. 946 - Chacun des copartageants est censé avoir eu, dès l’origine, la propriété des effets compris dans son lot, ou par lui acquis sur licitation, et n’avoir jamais eu la propriété des autres effets..
