الاب والام وكل شخص آخر لا يمتثل امر القاضي فيرفض او يؤخر احضار قاصر لم يتم الثامنة عشرة من عمره يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة.

المادة 69- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 496 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الف ليرة".
