المادة 659

كل من وفر لنفسه منامة او طعاما او شرابا في محل عام وهو ينوي عدم الدفع او يعلم انه لا يمكنه ان يدفع, عوقب بالتوقيف التكديري وبالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مئة الف ليرة.

المادة 114- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 659 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مئة الف ليرة بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئة الى خمسمائة ليرة".
