ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021(تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم 1250/م تاريخ 18/8/2021,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد هنري الياس موسى بإعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة طنبوريت، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد رزق الله حليم موسى، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيت تدعو الحاجة.
