ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021(تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 431 تاريخ 28/4/2021,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

عُين السيد قاسم مصطفى الزغبي، باعتباره ثاني الخاسرين في الحي الشرقي لبلدة شبعا، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد ختام حسين نبعه وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيت تدعو الحاجة.
