بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ النبطية بالتكليف رقم 134 تاريخ 21/4/2021، الـمتضمن طلب اعفاء اكبر الأعضاء الإختياريين سنا السيد جميل جرجي موسى من تعيينه في مركز مختار،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عينت السيدة هلون سويدان الحاصباني بإعتبارها ثاني أكبر الأعضاء الإختياريين سنا في بلدة دير ميماس، مختار بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد خليل نجيب حوراني وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيت تدعو الحاجة.
