المادة 24
لا تطبق الشريعة اللبنانية على الجنح المشار اليها في المادة ال 20 والمعاقب عليها بعقوبة حبس لا يبلغ الثلاث سنوات , على اي جريمة اشارت اليها المادة 23 اذا كانت شريعة الدولة التي اقترفت في ارضها هذه الجرائم لا تعاقب عليها.
Art. 24: La loi libanaise ne s'applique pas aux delits vises a l'article 20 punis d'une peine d'emprisonnement ne s'elevant pas a trois ans, non plus qu'a toute infraction visee a l'article 23, si ces infractions ne sont pas incriminees par la loi de l'etat sur le territoire duquel elles ont ete commises.
