من كان بحكم وضعه, او وظيفته, او مهنته او فنه, على علم بسر وافشاه دون سبب شرعي او استعمله لمنفعته الخاصة او لمنفعة آخر عوقب بالحبس سنة على الاكثروبغرامة لا تجاوز الاربعماية الف ليرة اذا كان الفعل من شأنه ان يسبب ضررا ولو معنويا.

مادة 51: تعدل المواد التالية من قانون العقوبات بابدال بعض الكلمات والعبارات الواردة فيها كما يلي: 1- في المادة 11: تستبدل كلمة "الشرائط" بكلمة "الشروط". 2- في المادة 23: تستبدل كلمة "مقيم" بكلمة "وجد". 3- تلغى عبارة "ووقف الحكم النافذ" من المادة 29. 4- في المادة 33: تستبدل عبارة "وفي حالة الحكم لا يمكن ان تنقص العقوبة عن شهرين حبس " بعبارة "وفي حالة الحكم اذا كانت العقوبة المفروضة تنقص عن شهرين حبس ". 5- في المادة 36: تستبدل عبارة "لا يمكن ملاحقة مدعى عليه وجاها" بعبارة "المدعى عليه الذي يتم استرداده لا يمكن ملاحقته وجاها". وتستبدل عبارة "ان هذه الموافقة غير منوطة باحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة 33" بعبارة "والموافقة في هذه الحالة ليست مقيدة باحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة 33". 6- في المادة 47: تستبدل كلمتا "واذا عاد" بعبارة "او اذا عاد". 7- في المادة 49: تستبدل عبارة "والحرمان من معاش " بعبارة "والحرمان من اي معاش ". 8- في المادة 50: تستبدل عبارة "وكل عمل وادارة" بعبارة "وكل عمل ادارة". وتستبدل كلمتا "عن ولايته" بكلمتي "عن ادارته". 9- في المادة 55: تستبدل عبارة "في عهدتهما ولدهما" بعبارة "في عهدتهما ولد". 10- في المادة 101: تستبدل كلمتا "لم تقض " بكلمتي "لم يفض ". 11- في المادة 102: تستبدل عبارة " وتخصص على التوالي بالتعويضات الشخصية فبالرسوم, فبالغرامات , ويصادر ما يفيض لمصلحة الدولة" بعبارة "وتخصص بالافضلية للتعويضات الشخصية فللرسوم فللغرامات وما يبقى منها يصادر لمصلحة الدولة". 12- في المادة 121: تستبدل عبارة "الى ابيه او امه" بعبارة "لابيه وامه". 13- في المادة 134: تستبدل كلمتا "غرامة الوفاء"بكلمتي "الغرامة الاكراهية". 14- يضاف الى آخر المادة 180 عبارة "او الاعذار المحققة". '' 15- في المادة 184: تستبدل عبارة "النفس والشخص المعنوي" بعبارة "الشخص الطبيعي والشخص المعنوي". 16- في المادة 192: تستبدل كلمتا "الغاية القصوى" بكلمتي "الغاية النهائية". 17- في عنوان النبذة (1) من الفصل الثالث من الباب الثالث من الكتاب الاول وفي المواد 202 و203 و342 تستبدل كلمة "الشروع" بكلمة "المحاولة". 18- في المادة 202: تستبدل عبارة "في الجنحة المشروع فيها" بعبارة "في محاولة الجنحة" وكلمة "الناقصة" بكلمة "الخائبة". 19- في المادة 271: تستبدل عبارة "او مشروعا فيه" بعبارة في طور المحاولة". 20- في المادة 331: تستبدل كلمتا "او بالتعويض " بكلمتي "او بالعروض ". 21- في المادة 351: تستبدل كلمتا "رسمية كالحكم" بكلمتي "رسمية كالحاكم". 22- في المادة 352: تستبدل كلمة "يدعي" بكلمتي "او يدعي". 23- في المادة 358: تستبدل كلمة "حاكم" بكلمة "حكم". 24- في المادة 366: تستبدل العبارة الواردة في اخرها كما يلي: "خفض من العقوبة نصفها" بعبارة "خفض من العقوبة ربعها". 25- في المادة 418: تستبدل كلمتا "اوقف بامر"بكلمة "اوقفه". 26- في المادة 443: تستبدل عبارة "او اوراق مصارف لبنانية كانت او اجنبية" بعبارة "او اوراق النقد... المصرفية اللبنانية او الاجنبية الصادرة باذن الدولة". 28- في المادة 446: تستبدل عبارة "او اوراق مصارف " بعبارة "او اوراق النقد... المصرفية اللبنانية او الاجنبية الصادرة باذن الدولة". '' 29- في المادة 447: تستبدل عبارة "او اوراق مصارف " بعبارة "او اوراق النقد... المصرفية اللبنانية او الاجنبية الصادرة بأذن الدولة". 30- في المادة 448: تستبدل عبارة "سندات المصارف " بعبارة "اوراق النقد المصرفية اللبنانية او الاجنبية الصادرة بأذن الدولة" 31- في المادة 449: تستبدل عبارة "اوراق المصارف " بعبارة اوراق النقد المصرفية". 32- في المادة 457: تستبدل عبارة "مهما اشتملت عليه من فوارق" بعبارة "مع الفارق المبين فيها". 33- في المادة 476: تستبدل كلمتا "بتغيير المذهب " بعبارة "بتغيير الدين او المذهب ". 34- في المادة 557: تستبدل عبارة "او الى تعطيلهما" بعبارة "او الى تعطيل احدهما". 35- في المادة 558: تستبدل كلمة "الطرائف " بكلمة "الافعال". 36- في المادة 579: تستبدل كلمتا "بحكم حرفته" بكلمتي "بحكم وضعه". 37- في المادة 670: تستبدل كلمة "العارية" بكلمتي "عارية الاستعمال". وتستبدل عبارة "شرط ان يعيدها او يقدمها او يستعملها" بعبارة "شرط ان يعيده او يقدمه او يستعمله". 38- في المادة 674: تستبدل عبارة "زوجته قانونا"بعبارة "زوجه قانونا". 39- في المادة 679: تستبدل عبارة "في كمية المبلغ" بعبارة "في كمية الشيء المسلم". 40- في المادة 684: تستبدل كلمتا "بالتهديد والاكراه او بالاكاذيب " بعبارة "بالتهديد او العنف او الاكاذيب ". 41- في المادة 689: تستبدل عبارة "اخفى دفاتره واختلس " بعبارة "اخفى دفاتره او اختلس ". 42- في المادة 690: وفي الفقرة الاولى منها-: تستبدل عبارة "... سواء في عمليات الحظ او في مضاربات وهمية على النقد او البضاعة". بعبارة "في عمليات وهمية على البضائع او البورصة". '' - وفي الفقرة الثانية - تستبدل عبارة "... او حول سندات " بعبارة "او تداول سندات ". 43- في المادة 692: تستبدل كلمتا "شركات الكولكتيف " بكلمتي "شركات التضامن". وكلمتا "شركات المضاربة" بكلمتي "شركات التوصية". وكلمتا "الشركاء العاملون" بكلمتي "الشركاء الموصون". وعبارة "شركات المضاربة بالاسهم" بعبارة "شركة التوصية بالاسهم". وعبارة "شركات المسؤولية المحدودة" بعبارة "الشركات المحدودة المسؤولية". وكلمتا "وشركات المساهمة" بكلمتي "والشركات المغفلة". 44- في المادة 702: تستبدل عبارة "او على بيع محصول علامة" بعبارة "او على بيع محصول يحمل علامة". 45- في المادة 715: تستبدل كلمة "جنسي" في الفقرة 2 , بكلمة "انتسابي". وتستبدل عبارة "ولم لم يكن يؤلف " في الفقرة 4 , بعبارة "ولو لم يكن هذا الفريق يؤلف ". 46- في المادة 75: تضاف على الفقرة 6 العبارة التالية: "وعلى قطع مياه الشرب عن المستفيدين منها". '

المادة 87- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 579 على النحو الآتي:
"وبغرامة لا تجاوز الاربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة لا تجاوز الالفي ليرة".
