المادة 651

كل من استعمل بدون حق شيئا يخص غيره بصورة تلحق به ضررا ولم يكن قاصدا اختلاس الشيء عوقب بالحبس حتى ستة اشهروبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

المادة 110- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 651 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى الف ليرة".
