المادة 208
(المعدلة بقانون 9/5/1967):
سواء خالف مصرف احكام نظامه الاساسي او احكام هذا القانون او التدابير التي يفرضها المصرف المركزي بمقتضى الصلاحيات المستمدة من هذا القانون او قدم بيانات او معلومات ناقصة او غير مطابقة للحقيقة, يحق للمصرف المركزي ان ينزل بالمصرف المخالف العقوبات الادارية التالية:
آ - التنبيه.
ب - تخفيض تسهيلات التسليف المعطاة له او تعليقها.
ج - منعه من القيام ببعض العمليات او فرض اية تحديدات اخرى في ممارسته المهنة.
د - تعيين مراقب او مدير موقت.
ه - شطبه من لائحة المصارف.
ولا يحول ذلك دون تطبيق الغرامات والعقوبات الجزائية التي يتعرض لها المصرف المخالف.
