المادة 136
يكون التعويض في الاصل من النقود, ويخصص كبدل عطل وضرر, غير انه يحق للقاضي ان يلبسه شكلا يكون اكثر موافقة لمصلحة المتضرر فيجعله حينئذ عينا ويمكن ان يكون على الخصوص بطريقة النشر في الجرائد.
Art. 136 - En principe, la réparation revêt une forme pécuniaire; elle est allouée en dommages-intérêts mais il appartient au juge de lui donner une forme plus appropriée aux intérêts de la victime; elle intervient alors en nature; elle peut consister notamment dans des insertions par la voie de la presse.
