المادة 143
(عدلت بموجب قانون منفذ بمرسوم 1460/1971 )
يعاقب بالسجن من ستة اشهر الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من ماية الى الف ليرة لبنانية او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل شخص , غير الاشخاص المذكورين في المادة 141 اقدم وهو عالم بالامر على سرقة اعتدة او اجهزة او البسة الجيش او سائر اشيائه .
