المادة 412

ان الخبير الذي تعينه السلطة القضائية ويجزم بامر مناف للحقيقة او يأوّله تأويلا غير صحيح على علمه بحقيقته يعاقب بالحبس ثلاثة اشهر على الاقل وبغرامة لا تنقص عن مئة الف ليرة, ويمنع فضلا عن ذلك ان يكون خبيرا.
ويقضي بالاشغال الشاقة اذا كانت مهمة الخبير تتعلق بقضية جنائية.

المادة 43- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 412 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة لا تنقص عن مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة لا تنقص عن خمسمائة ليرة".
