المادة 423

يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى سنة وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة:
1- من لبث في عقار غير معتد بقرار الاخلاء او وضع يده على عقار اخرج منه.
2- من خالف التدابير التي اتخذها القاضي صيانة للملكية او وضع اليد.
اذا اقترن الفعل بالعنف من ستة اشهر الى سنتين.

المادة 50- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 423 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من خمسمائة الى خمسة الاف ليرة".
