المادة 31
ان الحد الاعلى للعمل في الاسبوع هو 48 ساعة في النقابات المبينة في المادة الخامسة ما خلا النقابات الزراعية. اما الاولاد والاحداث فيصير تشغيلهم وفقا لاحكام المادة 22 الى 25.
Art. 31. La durée maximum du travail est de quarante-huit heures par semaine dans les différentes catégories désignées à l'article 5, à l'exception des corporations agricoles.
Quant à la durée du travail des enfants et des adolescents, elle doit être conforme aux prescriptions des articles 22 à 25.
