المادة 1035
الصلح عقد يحسم به الفريقان النزاع القائم بينهما او يمنعان حصوله بالتساهل المتبادل.
Art. 1035 - La transaction est un contrat par lequel les parties, au moyen de concessions mutuelles, terminent une contestation née ou préviennent une contestation à naître.
