المادة 402

من اخبر السلطة القضائية او سلطة يجب عليها ابلاغ السلطة القضائية عن جريمة يعرف انها لم تقترف ومن كان سببا في مباشرة تحقيق تمهيدي او قضائي باختلافه ادلة مادية عل جريمة كهذه عوقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز الستة اشهر وبغرامة لا تزيد على مئة الف ليرة او باحدى العقوبتين.

المادة 41- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 402 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة لا تزيد على مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة لا تزيد على الخمسمائة ليرة".
