المادة 47
1 - لا يعطى الولد الحق باكثر من تعويض عائلي واحد وفقا للمادة السابقة. اذا توفرت في عدة اشخاص ازاء ولد واحد الشروط المطلوبة وفقا لاحكام المادة السابقة فان التعويضات العائلية تدفع:
آ - للوالد اذا توفرت في الوالد والوالدة الشروط المذكورة انفا الا اذا كانت حضانة الاولاد في عهدة الوالدة وحدها.
ب - للاهل بالتبني او للاوصياء عندما يكون هؤلاء كالوالد والوالدة متمتعين بالشروط المذكورة .
2 - تعطى التقديمات العائلية والتعليمية لغاية خمسة اولاد فقط لكل رب عائلة.
