المادة 125
ان المرء مسؤول حتما عن الاضرار التي يحدثها اشخاص آخرون هو مسؤول عنهم وعددهم محدود محصور.
Art. 125 - On est responsable de plein droit du dommage causé par certaines personnes dont on doit répondre et dont l’énumération est strictement limitative.
