ان العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المواد 351 و 352 تنزل ايضا بالراشي.
"ويعفى الراشي او المتدخل من هذه العقوبات اذا باح بالامر للسلطات ذات الصلاحية او اعترف به قبل احالة القضية على المحكمة".
