المادة 429

من اقدم استيفاء لحقه بالذات وهو قادر على مراجعة السلطة ذات الصلاحية بالحال على نزع مال في حيازة الغير او استعمال العنف بالاشياء فاضر بها عوقب بغرامة لا تجاوز المايتي الف ليرة.

المادة 52- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 429 على النحو الاتي:
"بغرامة لا تجاوز المايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "بغرامة لا تجاوز الالف ليرة".
