المادة 212

فاعل الجريمة هو من ابرز الى حيز الوجود العناصر التي تؤلف الجريمة او ساهم مباشرة في تنفيذها.

Art. 212: L'auteur d'une infraction est celui qui en a realise les elements constituetifs ou qui a coopere directement a leur execution.
