المادة 466

من اقدم حال ممارسته وظيفة عامة او خدمة عامة او مهنة طبية او صحية على اعطاء شهادة كاذبة معدة لكي تقدم الى السلطة العامة او من شأنها ان تجر على الغير منفعة غير مشروعة او ان تلحق الضرر بصالح احد الناس .
ومن اختلق بانتحاله اسم احد الاشخاص المذكورين في الفقرة السابقة او زور بواسطة التحريف شهادة كالتي المعت اليها المادة المذكورة, عوقب بالحبس من شهرين الى سنتين.
واذا كانت الشهادة الكاذبة قد اعدت لكي تبرز امام القضاء او لتبرر الاعفاء من خدمة عامة فلا ينقص الحبس عن ستة اشهر.
