المادة 15
تطبق الشريعة اللبنانية على جميع الجرائم المقترفة في الارض اللبنانية تعد الجريمة مقترفة في الارض اللبنانية:
1- اذا تم على هذه الارض احد العناصر التي تؤلف الجريمة, او فعل من افعال جريمة غير متجزئة, او فعل اشتراك اصلي او فرعي.
2- اذا حصلت النتيجة في هذه الارض او كان متوقعا حصولها فيها.
Art. 15: La loi libanaise s'applique a toutes les infractions commises sur le territoire libanaise.
L'infraction est reputee commise sur le territoire libanais.
1- Quand y a ete accompli un des elements constitutifs de l'infraction, un acte d'une infraction indivisible, ou un acte de participation principale ou accessoire;
2- .Quand le resultat s'y est produit ou devait s'y produire.
