المادة 165
الاتفاق هو كل التئام بين مشيئة وأخرى لإنتاج مفاعيل قانونية, واذا كان يرمي الى انشاء علاقات الزامية سمي عقدا.
Art. 165 - La convention est tout accord de volontés destiné à produire des effets juridiques; lorsque cet accord tend à la création de rapports obligations, il prend le nom de contrat.
