المادة 393
إن بيع العقار او الحقوق العينية المترتبة على عقار لا يكون له مفعول حتى بين المتعاقدين, إلا من تاريخ قيده في السجل العقاري.
Art. 393 - La vente des immeubles ou des droits réels immobiliers ne produit effet même entre parties qu’à compter de son inscription aux registres fonciers.
