تسقط الموجبات بتقاعد الدائن الذي يتخلف عن التذرع بحقوقه سحابة مدة من الزمان.
Art. 344 - Les obligations s’éteignent par l’inertie du créancier qui s’est abstenu de faire valoir ses droits pendant un certain laps de temps.
