المادة 217
يعد محرضا من حمل او حاول ان يحمل شخصا آخر باي وسيلة كانت على ارتكاب جريمة.
ان تبعة المحرض مستقلة عن تبعة المحرض على ارتكاب الجريمة.
Art. 217: Est considere comme instigateur quiconque determine ou tente de determiner, par quelque moyen que ce soit, une autre personne a commettre une infraction.
La responsabilite de l'instigateurs est independante de celle de la personne qu'il a engagee a commettre l'infraction.
