المادة 555

إذا نجم عن الأذى الحاصل مرض أو تعطيل شخص عن العمل مدة تزيد عن عشرة أيام عوقب المجرم بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز السنة وبغرامة مئة ألف ليرة على الأكثر أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

تضاعف العقوبة إذا وقع الجرم على طبيب أو على أحد معاونيه أو على أي من العاملين في الحقل الطبي، أثناء ممارستهم عملهم أو بسببه.

إذا تنازل الشاكي عن حقه خُفضت العقوبة الى النصف

المادة 81- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 555 على النحو الاتي:

"وبغرامة مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة خمسمائة ليرة".

تعدل المادة 555 من قانون العقوبات بحيث تصبح على الشكل التالي:

"إذا نجم عن الأذى الحاصل مرض أو تعطيل شخص عن العمل مدة تزيد عن عشرة أيام عوقب المجرم بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز السنة وبغرامة مئة ألف ليرة على الأكثر أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

إذا تنازل الشاكي عن حقه خُفضت العقوبة الى النصف».
