المادة 671

(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )

كل من تصرف بمبلغ من المال او باشياء اخرى من المثليات سلمت اليه لعمل معين وهو يعلم او كان يجب ان يعلم انه لا يمكنه اعادة مثلها ولم يبرىء ذمته رغم الانذار, يعاقب بالحبس حتى سنة وبالغرامة حتى ربع قيمة الردود والعطل والضرر على ان لا تنقص الغرامة عن خمسين الف ليرة.

المادة 117- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 671 على النحو الاتي:

"على ان لا تنقص عن خمسين الف ليرة" بدلا من "على ان لا تنقص عن مئتين وخمسين ليرة".
