المادة 221

من اقدم, فيما خلا الحالة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الخامسة من المادة ال219, وهو عالم بالامر, على اخفاء او تصريف الاشياء الداخلة في ملكية الغير, والتي نزعت او اختلست او حصل عليها بجناية او جنحة, عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من عشرين الف ليرة الى اربعماية الف ليرة .

على انه اذا كانت الاشياء المخفية او المصرفة ناجمة عن جنحة, فلا يمكن ان تجاوز العقوبة ثلثي الحد الاعلى لعقوبة الجنحة المذكورة.

المادة 11- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 221 على النحو الآتي:

"من عشرين الف ليرة الى اربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "من 100 ليرة الى 2000 ليرة".
