Does any law set limits on bank withdrawals?
No law we hold sets a limit on withdrawals from bank accounts. Article 76 of the Code of Money and Credit lets Banque du Liban take all measures it sees fit on bank liquidity and credit. It names some measures "in particular", as examples. None of them mentions withdrawals.
This page does not cover Banque du Liban circulars or decisions taken by banks. We do not hold them, so the page cannot say what they provide.
