Salary tax runs from 2% on the first 360,000,000 LBP of net taxable pay to 25% above 13,500,000,000 LBP. A family deduction of 450,000,000 LBP comes off first, and someone with both salary and business profits takes it only against the profits. Business profits of individuals and partners are taxed from 4% to 25%, and capital companies pay a flat 17%.

What are the tax brackets on salaries?
Article 58 of the Income Tax Law taxes each portion of your net taxable salary at its own rate. The rate rises from 2% to 25%, as the table shows.
If you are paid in a foreign currency, Article 63 converts your pay into LBP to work out the tax. The conversion follows Article 35 of Law 10 of 2022. The tax is then converted back into the currency of your pay at the rate Banque du Liban sets.
Art. 63 مرسوم إشتراعى رقم 144 تاريخ 12/06/1959

Which companies pay the flat company rate?
Article 32 taxes the profits of capital companies at a flat 17%. These are joint stock companies, limited liability companies, and limited partners in partnerships limited by shares.
General and limited partnerships are not on that list. Under Article 35, each partner in a Lebanese general or limited partnership is taxed in his own name on his share of profits. The balance of profit is taxed in the partnership's name. The tax charged to each partner is always a debt of the partnership.
